All ELAF HOUSE products are subject to return or exchange, if they are in the same condition as they were purchased

Returns or exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the purchase invoice date

After inspecting the product, the customer will receive a refund after deducting shipping costs

If the product is used, the usage cost will be deducted in addition to the shipping costs

In case of exchanged, the shipping costs will be repaid

If the customer receives the product in bad condition or unusable due to the shipping company, an investigation will be opened to determine the cause within 3 business days. A new invoice will then be sent with the same products at no cost to the customer

The value of the returned item will be refunded within 3 business days from the date the returned item is received and its condition is verified
